In the Garden

During the final days of January, Patrick and Dara enjoyed planting a variety of summer bulbs in our raised beds. We look forward to seeing them bloom during the months of May and June. We have also planted lovely colourful primroses. They add a lovely splash of colour as we await the arrival of our daffodils and tulips. Don't forget you can also create a St. Brigid's Cross if you have rushes readily available. Sunday next is St Brigid's Day and it is also the first day of Spring. We look forward to seeing the signs of growth and change in the garden and throughout our surrounds during the season of Spring.
